Course cancellations or major curriculum changes will be handled with appropriate alternatives, refunds, or transfer options to minimize disruption to your educational journey.
Termination Conditions
Either party may terminate the educational relationship with appropriate notice. Students may withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy, while we reserve the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms.
Upon termination, access to course materials may be revoked, but completed coursework and earned certificates remain valid according to our academic record retention policy.
Legal Information & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and applicable federal regulations regarding educational services and consumer protection
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts
- Language of Proceedings: Legal proceedings will be conducted in Arabic or English as determined by the applicable court, with official translations provided as necessary
- International Students: Students from other jurisdictions acknowledge that Omani law applies regardless of their country of residence or citizenship
Dispute Resolution Procedures
